The Pinnacle Exo is a multi-impact tested helmet with electrical protection, ideal for all types of electrical work carried out at height. The Pinnacle Exo integrates slots for cap attached ear protectors and capacity for direct-fit visors.
The closed shell provides resistance from electric shock and arc flash and the chin strap incorporates Stopfire's permanent flame retardant agent with excellent resistance to abrasion. The Exo is also rated for molten metal splash and lateral deformation.
- ABS Advanced Thermo Material Shell exterior.
- Non-vented as required for electrical insulation.
- 10 year lifespan.
- PPE category: Type 1, Class E
- Inside protection in high-density EPS polystyrene.
- Lightweight and comfortable, just 450gms.
- Dielectric with no metal parts.
- Front & crown paddings absorbs moisture for breathability and are easily removable for washing.
- Attachment loop on chinstrap provided for clipping the helmet to a harness.
- Adjustable fire rated (FR) polyester chinstrap, will not release under force of F>500N.
- Headlamp clips are compatible with all headlights with elastic straps.
- One size fits most including larger heads, with quick wheel up/down adjustable size system
- Diameter: 54 – 62cm, 21.3 – 24.4 in.

- Integrated Euro attachment system for hearing protection and full hearing/face protection configurations such as forestry.
